From strangers to friends to lovers to…strangers?

Sorry I’ve taken so long, I’ve had a lot going on. I’ve got beginnings and ideas, leads and possibilities, maybes and what-ifs, I just second guess and over think too much.

But I’m back. (Maybe I should apologize for that instead 😉 )

Strangers

So whose fault is it?

It’s not really anyone’s fault. Just about everyone starts this way.
You don’t know someone and then suddenly you find something in common and you get to know each other better and it’s all magical and stuff. Then, y’all become….

Friends

Yep. It’s a magical thing. Friends! Trust, hope, faith, trust, communication, love, trust, accountability, the ability to be understanding, and did I mention trust?

Look folks, here’s the deal.
I can’t think of a single friendship that ended well when there were trust issues between the two (or more). If you don’t trust someone, why do you want to be their friend? What’s the point? That’s when bad things happen….

Lovers

Oh joy.
Now you’re “in love” aren’t you?
Yeah, sure, sometimes it works out. Kudos to them and I’m glad it worked.
But you should be aware that relationships don’t always have a fairytale ending. Just saying.

Just make sure before you take a leap.  Screw your head on tightly and logically before leaping.

Don’t be strangers.

Invest your time, express your emotions, be yourself, love your lover, fear losing them.

Hold on to what you’ve got.
Never let go.

Strangers

If there is a person who truly matters to you, you’ll fear losing them more and more as your feelings for them grows stronger. (This is also applicable to family and friends. Even if your love doesn’t grow, you probably still fear losing them.)

If you care, don’t let yourself down. Work hard. Establish healthy relationships. Trust is key. Communication is ridiculously essential.

You know the beauty of this cycle?

Strangers can become friends again. <3
